The Company

Established in 2017, LUBEA is a consultancy Company operating in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services sector. This includes in wireless networks engineering services, in the design of infrastructures for mobile radio networks and in the development of innovative applications to support, Digital Transformation and Internet of Things (IoT).

Our qualified team of experts is able to provide to our Customers the skills and professionalism required in the integration, implementation and management of 4G, 4.5G and the latest in 5G mobile networks.

The LUBEA employees are also Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the Digital Transformation modelling and implementation, in the Internet of Things (IoT) modelling and deployment as well as in providing integrated IT solutions to support our customers.

The consolidated experience of our Consultants are available to support all Projects, supervising all phases from the beginning to final deployment. These projects are built and successfully carried out with full agreements from all Customers and Stakeholders responsible. LUBEA creates templates that assist in the projects, Governance Teams, Escalation Points and all metrics to deliver a successful Project.

LUBEA is constantly undertaking feedback sessions with all Engagement’s with items such as Root-Cause Analysis to improve internal delivery models and overall Customer Satisfaction.
